Chloe, known to her community as CoCo, is a Nervous System Regulation Specialist, Community Architect, and the founder of The Village Hub, a community wellbeing and regulation studio in Leigh on Sea that goes far beyond a timetable. It's a living, breathing third space where community is the medicine.

Chloe's work spans the full arc of human life, from the smallest and newest nervous systems in our communities all the way through every age and stage to our eldest members. Using somatic movement, loving touch, creative modalities, and the healing power of music, she helps people find regulation, reduce stress, and reconnect, to themselves and to each other. Cradle to community. This is her life's work.

She is also a senior Movement Is Medicine instructor, and what she brings to High Vibe Fest is something truly special. This isn't a dance class. This isn't a workout. This is ancient medicine, dressed in bass and light.

For millennia, humans have gathered to move together, to celebrate, grieve, release, and heal through music and rhythm. What rave culture understood intuitively, science is now proving. In an ongoing research study at Drumsheds, participants' stress levels dropped by 18.5% before they'd even started dancing, simply from listening to music. In a full session your heart rate reaches 75% of its maximum, the equivalent of a hard gym session, but here's the thing. It doesn't feel like effort. It feels like freedom.

Hedonism reclaimed. Pleasure as practice. The rave as ritual.

Alongside everything she builds and leads, Chloe is a mother to three girls, creating a body of work and a legacy rooted in one simple belief: regulation is not a luxury. It is a birthright, for every body, at every age.
