The challenge runs over 11 days, the 11th - 22nd, motivation and consistency can dip, life can happen, but I encourage to commit to showing up for yourself by doing all the daily practices and attending the live session to really embody alignment and accelerate your manifestations.
Each daily practice is designed for busy women so its convenient to fit into your day.
Embody & Enjoy
Each day your daily Align and Embody practice will be shared in the WhatsApp group at 11.11. Each practice is designed to take approximately 11 minutes (perfect for us busy ladies).
Really embody an enjoy each practice as an exciting portal to alignment, not a box ticking exercise.
The final days practice will be a live zoom session to complete the experience and anchor in all the practices with a special guided visualisation.
